Start an application
To become a certified organization in the Concussion Safety & Compliance Registry, accredited for holding the highest standard of concussion safety, you must be registered with the Concussion Safety & Compliance Corporation (CSCC).
Registered sport organizations agree to uphold the minimum safety requirements and adhere to the code of conduct put forth by the CSCC including, full participation into disciplinary investigations.
To become registered, an organization must submit their application with all required documents and membership fee. CSCC will review the application and communicate a decision within 20 business days. If an organization does not meet the requirements for certification, a member of our compliance team will reach out to help amend your current safety policies.
1. Submit application
Download and complete the CSCC Application Form and email to admin@csccorp.com along with your sport organization’s Removal From Sport Policy and Return To Sport Policy for review.
2. Complete payment
Complete the application by sending your registration fee using our payment portal or by e-transfer to admin@csccorp.com
3. Join our Facebook group
Stay up to date by following us on Instagram and by joining our private Facebook group for registered organizations.
4. Verify coaches
Prior to the season start which includes any pre-season training or games, sport organizations must send a list of all coaches/trainers with their annual education certification.
Eduction verification not required if completed on CSCC website.
